Themed Cocktail
The Moon River
Ingredients:
- 1 oz gin
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz peach schnapps
- 0.25 oz honey syrup
- 3 oz Champagne
- 1 tsp peach puree
Instructions:
- 1Chill a champagne flute well.
- 2Combine gin, lemon juice, peach schnapps, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake and strain into the flute.
- 4Top with Champagne.
- 5Drop a small spoonful of peach puree in the center without stirring.
