- Drink Twice — a predator successfully catches its prey on screen
- Drink Twice — an unusually deep-sea creature appears for the first time in the episode
- Drink Twice — Attenborough mentions a depth in meters below the ocean surface
- Shot — a whale or dolphin breaches fully out of the water

Themed Cocktail
The Midnight Zone
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz dry vermouth
- 0.5 oz fresh cucumber juice
- 0.25 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 tsp spirulina simple syrup
- 2 dashes celery bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
- 2Stir for 25 seconds until very well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Allow the deep green spirulina color to settle naturally.
- 5Serve immediately.
