Themed Cocktail

The Midnight Zone

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.5 oz fresh cucumber juice
  • 0.25 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 tsp spirulina simple syrup
  • 2 dashes celery bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. 2Stir for 25 seconds until very well chilled.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. 4Allow the deep green spirulina color to settle naturally.
  5. 5Serve immediately.
