Themed Cocktail
The Durham Plié
Ingredients:
- 12 oz Newcastle Brown Ale
- 1 oz blackcurrant cordial (Ribena)
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- 1Pour Newcastle Brown Ale into a pint glass slowly.
- 2Add blackcurrant cordial down the side of the glass.
- 3Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- 4Let the purple swirl settle at the bottom like a curtain call.
- 5Raise a glass to every kid who dared to be different.
