- Sip — Danny Elfman's Batman theme swells on the soundtrack
- Sip — The Batmobile or Batcave gadgets are showcased
- Drink Twice — Joker defaces artwork in the museum to Prince music
- Drink Twice — Joker sprays Smylex gas from a parade float
- Drink Twice — Batman says his only significant line of dialogue
- Shot — Joker says 'Have you ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight?'
- Shot — Jack Napier falls into the acid vat and becomes the Joker
- Chug — Batman and Joker's final confrontation atop the cathedral
Themed Cocktail
The Dark Knight Manhattan
Ingredients:
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.25 oz maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine rye, vermouth, maraschino, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir for 30 seconds.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Serve dark and brooding.
