Themed Cocktail

The Pym Particle

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 0.75 oz honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 oz ginger ale

Instructions:

  1. 1Shake bourbon, honey syrup, and lemon juice with ice.
  2. 2Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  3. 3Top with ginger ale and add bitters.
  4. 4Serve with a tiny shot glass of bourbon on the side — the 'Pym Particle.'
