Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz rose water syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine gin, rose water syrup, lemon juice, dry vermouth, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake for 12 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. 4Serve still and contemplative.
