Themed Cocktail

The Penny Lane

Ingredients:

1.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
Champagne float

Instructions:

1Combine vodka, elderflower, lemon, simple syrup, and bitters in shaker
2Shake vigorously with ice
3Strain into chilled coupe glass
4Gently float champagne on top
5Serve immediately
