The Last Slice

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz prosecco

Instructions:

  1. 1Shake Aperol, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
  2. 2Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. 3Top with prosecco.
