Themed Cocktail
The Marley Chain
Ingredients:
- 2 oz aged rum
- 1 oz spiced pear liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz demerara syrup
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine aged rum, pear liqueur, lemon juice, demerara syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake until frosty cold.
- 3Strain into a goblet over a large ice sphere.
- 4Let rest a moment before serving.
