Ingredients

2 oz dark rum
0.75 oz coconut cream
0.5 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.25 oz hibiscus syrup
1 pinch fleur de sel

Instructions

1Combine dark rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice, and hibiscus syrup in a shaker with ice
2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well combined
3Strain into a chilled coupe glass
4Add a pinch of fleur de sel to the surface
5Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple wheel and a hibiscus flower
