NY152 Elderflower Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 3 oz Champagne
• 2 dashes lavender bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and lavender bitters in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. 3Top slowly with Champagne and stir once
4. 4The lavender and elderflower should give a distinctly autumnal floral aroma
5. 5Hold the glass to the light — it should be clear pale gold
6. 6Garnish with a single fresh daisy laid across the top of the coupe
