The Jerusalem Wall

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz pomegranate juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 tsp smoked paprika salt (for rim)

Instructions

1. 1Mix smoked paprika with kosher salt and rim a rocks glass
2. 2Combine mezcal, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, hibiscus syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice
3. 3Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
4. 4Strain over a large ice cube in the prepared rocks glass
5. 5Garnish with a pomegranate seed cluster and a lemon coin expressed over the top
