2 oz sparkling water
4 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

1Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of a highball glass.
2Add ice, then gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, and raspberry syrup.
3Stir briefly to combine.
4Top with sparkling water.
