West Canaan Whipped Cream Shooter

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz amaretto
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 oz heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, amaretto, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
4. 4Gently float heavy cream mixed with vanilla extract on top over a spoon.
5. 5Serve immediately — garnish with a dusting of cinnamon.
