Paradise Falls Floater

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz passion fruit puree
• 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz mango juice
• 0.25 oz grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, passion fruit puree, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, and mango juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a clear tall glass over ice.
3. 3Slowly pour grenadine down the side of the glass to sink and create a sunset gradient.
4. 4Do not stir — let the colors layer to represent the Venezuelan waterfall skies.
5. 5Garnish with a skewer of multicolored tropical fruits to represent the balloon house ascending.
