Ingredients

• 2 oz blanco tequila
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz cucumber juice
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes celery bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, cucumber juice, simple syrup, and celery bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 15 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Garnish with a thin cucumber ribbon wrapped inside the glass and a lime wheel on the rim.
