Silver's Cyborg Grog

Ingredients

• 2 oz dark aged rum
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz dark brown sugar syrup
• 0.25 oz Angostura bitters
• 1 oz cold black tea
• 1 tsp smoked sea salt

Instructions

1. 1Dissolve dark brown sugar syrup in cold black tea and stir until combined.
2. 2Combine dark aged rum, lime juice, sugar-tea mixture, and Angostura bitters in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake hard for 12 seconds.
4. 4Strain into a copper mug or wooden cup over ice.
5. 5Sprinkle smoked sea salt on the surface and garnish with a lime wheel and a cinnamon stick — the pirate's refined grog.
