The Seoul Express

Ingredients

• 2 oz soju
• 1 oz yuzu juice
• 0.5 oz ginger syrup
• 0.5 oz honey
• 3 dashes aromatic bitters
• 2 oz sparkling water (top)

Instructions

1. 1Combine soju, yuzu juice, ginger syrup, honey, and bitters in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake firmly for 12 seconds until honey is dissolved
3. 3Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice
4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir once gently
5. 5Garnish with a thin slice of fresh ginger and a yuzu peel twist
