Infinity and Beyond Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz passion fruit puree
• 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 2 oz ginger beer
• 0.25 oz grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, passion fruit puree, hibiscus syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over ice.
3. 3Top with ginger beer and stir gently once.
4. 4Slowly pour grenadine down the inside edge of the glass so it sinks to the bottom.
5. 5Garnish with a star-shaped pineapple cut to represent Buzz's chest star insignia.
