The Skeet Surfer

Ingredients

• 2 oz white rum
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz grenadine
• 2 oz club soda

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
4. 4Pour grenadine down the side to create a sunset layer.
5. 5Top with club soda and stir gently.
