Danger Zone

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz silver tequila
• 0.75 oz blue pea flower–infused lemon juice
• 0.5 oz Cointreau
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Steep blue pea flower in lemon juice for 10 minutes to turn it purple, then strain before using.
2. 2Combine tequila, pea-flower lemon juice, Cointreau, agave syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice — the color will shift from purple to pink.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lemon wheel and a small paper F-14 toothpick flag.
