The Holy Schnikey

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon whiskey
• 0.75 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for the bold)
• 2 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, honey syrup, lemon juice, bitters, and mustard in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and stir gently once.
5. 5Garnish with a lemon wheel and serve in a rocks glass — ideally in a too-small coat.
