The Mighty Mjolnir

Ingredients

• 2 oz aquavit
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 2 oz ginger beer (top)
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine aquavit, lemon juice, honey syrup, elderflower liqueur, and bitters in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice
3. 3Top with ginger beer and stir once
4. 4Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of fresh thyme
5. 5Serve with a small hammer-shaped cocktail pick through the garnish
