The Bifrost

Ingredients

• 2 oz aquavit
• 0.75 oz blue butterfly pea syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.25 oz grenadine (layered at bottom)
• 2 oz sparkling water (top)

Instructions

1. 1Pour grenadine into the bottom of a highball glass over ice to create the red base
2. 2Combine aquavit, butterfly pea syrup, lemon juice, and elderflower liqueur in a shaker with ice
3. 3Shake for 10 seconds and slowly strain over the grenadine layer via bar spoon
4. 4Top with sparkling water poured gently
5. 5Garnish with a rainbow of fruit slices — orange, lemon, and lime — along the rim
