Inspired by The Wolf of Wall Street
Ingredients
- 2 oz cognac
- 0.75 oz Cointreau
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz honey syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
- 1Combine cognac, Cointreau, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake hard for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass with a sugared rim.
- 4Express a lemon twist over the surface and drape it on the rim.
- 5Drink irresponsibly. Actually, don't. We're not Jordan.
