Ingredients

• 1.5 oz white rum
• 1 oz blue pea flower tea (cooled)
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 1 tsp ginger juice

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, blue pea flower tea, lime juice, agave syrup, and ginger juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and watch the color shift from purple to blue.
4. 4Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint — serve in a highball glass, straight from Bobby's cooler.
