Salvatore Sangria

Ingredients

• 4 oz dry red wine (Tempranillo)
• 1 oz aged rum
• 0.5 oz dark cherry liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh orange juice
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

1. 1Combine red wine, rum, cherry liqueur, orange juice, and simple syrup in a pitcher with the cinnamon stick.
2. 2Stir and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.
3. 3Pour over large ice cubes in a wine glass.
4. 4Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dark cherry on a pick — it looks like what Damon pours every night.
