The Luma Float

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz white rum
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 0.75 oz butterfly pea flower syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz passion fruit puree
• 2 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Add butterfly pea flower syrup to the bottom of a hurricane glass.
2. 2Fill the glass with crushed ice.
3. 3In a shaker, combine rum, coconut cream, lime juice, and passion fruit puree with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds.
4. 4Strain over the crushed ice, letting it layer over the purple syrup.
5. 5Top with sparkling water and give one gentle stir to create a swirling galaxy effect.
6. 6Float a star-shaped pineapple slice on top.
