Lloyd's Gold Room Sour

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz Drambuie
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
• 1 lemon twist (garnish)

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, Drambuie, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 25 seconds until perfectly chilled and diluted.
3. 3Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large square ice cube.
4. 4Express a lemon twist over the surface, rub it around the rim, and drape it over the ice.
