Ham Porter's Pickle Juice Sour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.5 oz pickle brine
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2 dashes dill bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, pickle brine, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice.
2. 2Dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
3. 3Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds.
4. 4Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. 5Add a drop of dill bitters on the foam and garnish with a cornichon spear on the rim.
