Alcatraz Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz sparkling water
• 2 dashes celery bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and celery bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. 4Top with sparkling water.
5. 5Garnish with a lemon twist and a fresh celery ribbon draped over the glass.
