Mount Doom

Ingredients

• 2 oz dark aged rum
• 0.5 oz allspice dram
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz demerara syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Add rum, allspice dram, lime juice, demerara syrup, and bitters to a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube.
4. 4Garnish with a lime wheel and a cinnamon stick standing upright like the tower of Barad-dûr.
