The Rainbow Connection

Ingredients

• 1 oz grenadine
• 1.5 oz peach schnapps
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1.5 oz white rum
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.5 oz blue curaçao

Instructions

1. 1Pour grenadine into the bottom of a hurricane glass with ice.
2. 2Layer peach schnapps and orange juice by pouring slowly over a spoon.
3. 3Add white rum and pineapple juice as the next layer.
4. 4Float blue curaçao on top to create a rainbow gradient.
5. 5Do not stir — serve with a long straw.
