Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 0.75 oz Aperol
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz grenadine
- 2 dashes lavender bitters
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
- 1Combine gin, Aperol, lemon juice, grenadine, and lavender bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake hard for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Express a lemon twist over the surface and drop it in.
- 5It's red. It's botanical. There's no going back.
