Ingredients

2 oz amaretto
1 oz bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz pistachio orgeat
1 egg white

Instructions

1Dry shake amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, pistachio orgeat, and egg white vigorously.
2Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
3Strain into a coupe glass.
4Let the foam settle and rise to the top.
