The Harvey Two-Face

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon (Buffalo Trace or similar)
• 0.75 oz Amaro Montenegro
• 0.5 oz dark cherry syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 oz cold brew coffee
• 0.25 oz simple syrup

Instructions

1. 1Add bourbon, Amaro, cherry syrup, simple syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with cracked ice.
2. 2Stir steadily for 20 seconds until well-chilled.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
4. 4Slowly pour cold brew coffee over the back of a bar spoon so it sinks and creates a dark bottom layer.
5. 5Garnish with a Luxardo cherry dropped into the dark side of the glass.
