Bathsheba's Curse

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz black cherry juice
• 0.5 oz Campari
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz demerara syrup
• 1 tsp black salt (for rim)

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with black salt using a lemon wedge.
2. 2Combine mezcal, black cherry juice, Campari, lemon juice, and demerara syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake hard for 12 seconds and strain over a large ice cube into the prepared glass.
4. 4Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and a dark cherry on a cocktail pick.
