2 oz gin
0.5 oz Chartreuse
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 egg white

Instructions

1Dry shake gin, Chartreuse, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white for 15 seconds.
2Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a coupe glass.
4Let the foam settle.
