The Hidden Cove

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz tequila blanco
• 0.75 oz coconut rum
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz pineapple juice
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• Pineapple wedge and toasted coconut rim for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Toast shredded coconut in a dry pan and press onto a honey-wetted highball glass rim.
2. 2Combine tequila, coconut rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake for 12 seconds and strain into the prepared glass over ice.
4. 4Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim.
