Ingredients

2 oz rye whiskey
1 oz blood orange juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
0.5 oz lemon juice
2 dashes black walnut bitters

Instructions

1Combine rye, blood orange juice, honey syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Add bitters on top.
5Let sit briefly before drinking.
