Ingredients

2 oz bourbon
1 oz apple cider
0.5 oz maple syrup
0.5 oz lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
3 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1Combine bourbon, apple cider, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
2Shake well for 10 seconds.
3Strain into a mason jar filled with crushed ice.
4Top with ginger beer and add bitters.
5Stir gently to combine.
