The Pale Girl

Ingredients

• 2 oz white rum
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 0.75 oz grenadine
• 0.5 oz lime juice
• 3 oz pineapple juice
• 0.25 tsp activated charcoal

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, coconut cream, lime juice, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until frothy.
3. 3Strain into a coupe glass.
4. 4Slowly drizzle grenadine down the side to pool at the bottom.
5. 5Dust activated charcoal across one side of the surface for a haunting effect.
