The Vagina Dentata

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz hibiscus grenadine
• 0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.25 oz Aperol
• 1 tsp black lava salt (for rim)
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions

1. 1Rim a Nick and Nora glass with black lava salt
2. 2Combine mezcal, hibiscus grenadine, grapefruit juice, Aperol, and bitters in a shaker with ice
3. 3Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
4. 4Double-strain into the prepared glass
5. 5Garnish with a thin grapefruit wheel notched over the rim
