2 oz dark rum
1 oz passion fruit juice
0.75 oz lime juice
0.5 oz orgeat
0.5 oz grenadine
1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Combine rum, passion fruit juice, lime juice, orgeat, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously and strain into a tiki mug with crushed ice.
3Float grenadine on top.
4Serve with a long straw.
