The Gran Torino

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.5 oz Campari
• 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
• 1 dash orange bitters
• 1 orange peel

Instructions

1. 1Add bourbon, Campari, sweet vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 30 seconds until chilled.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. 4Express the orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
