The Sebulba Sidecar
Inspired by Star Wars: The Phantom Menace
Ingredients
- 2 oz cognac
- 0.75 oz orange liqueur
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz pomegranate syrup
- Orange peel for garnish
Instructions
- 1Combine cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice, and pomegranate syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a coupe glass with a sugar rim on one half only.
- 4Express an orange peel over the surface and drape it on the rim.
- 5The half-rimmed sugar represents Sebulba's dirty racing. The clean half is Anakin winning fair.
