The Tatooine Sunset

Ingredients

• 2 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz fresh orange juice
• 0.5 oz grenadine
• 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 orange slice (for garnish)

Instructions

1. 1Pour grenadine into the bottom of a highball glass over ice
2. 2Combine aged rum, orange juice, passion fruit syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice
3. 3Shake for 10 seconds and strain slowly over the grenadine via a bar spoon
4. 4Do not stir — let the red-orange sunset gradient form naturally
5. 5Garnish with two orange slices on the rim representing Tatooine's twin suns
