The Queens Web-Slinger

Ingredients

• 2 oz tequila blanco
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz blue butterfly pea syrup
• 0.5 oz agave nectar
• 2 dashes celery bitters
• 1 tsp Tajin (for rim)

Instructions

1. 1Rim a coupe glass with Tajin
2. 2Combine tequila, lime juice, butterfly pea syrup, agave nectar, and celery bitters in a shaker with ice
3. 3Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
4. 4Double-strain into the prepared coupe
5. 5Garnish with a lime wheel and a tiny edible spider web drawn on the foam with bitters
