Hamptons Rose Spritz

Ingredients

• 2 oz dry rosé wine
• 1 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz raspberry syrup
• 2 oz sparkling water
• Fresh strawberries

Instructions

1. 1Muddle two fresh strawberries with raspberry syrup in the bottom of a wine glass
2. 2Fill the glass with fresh ice and add rosé wine and elderflower liqueur
3. 3Add lemon juice and stir gently from the bottom to incorporate
4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir once more
5. 5The drink should be a layered blush pink — sophisticated and slightly conflicted like Rachel
6. 6Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim and a sprig of fresh mint
