The Stab Sequel

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 1 oz dark cherry juice
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz hibiscus grenadine
• 1 tsp activated charcoal syrup
• 2 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, dark cherry juice, lemon juice, hibiscus grenadine, and charcoal syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. 3Top carefully with ginger beer and allow the layers to settle briefly.
4. 4Garnish with a skewered dark cherry and a thin strip of lemon peel.
